We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our policy below carefully before ordering.
1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we are happy to provide an exchange or a credit note if you:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Ensure the product is in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene stickers attached
Please note: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
2. Size or Style Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for size or style, or a credit note, provided the following conditions are met:

3. Worn or Damaged Items
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return if the item:
- Has been worn or washed
- Has tags or hygiene stickers removed
- Is not in its original condition
This policy is in place to maintain hygiene and safety standards for all our customers.
4. No Returns Service
At this time, we do not offer a return service. All returns for exchanges or credit notes must be arranged and shipped by the customer.
