We are happy to provide exchanges on sizes or styles, however, cost of return shipping will be at the customers expense. We can also provide a credit note.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a returns service at this time.
Due to the intimate nature of our products we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has been worn. If you require an exchange or credit note, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we can help you as best as we can.
We can only provide an exchange in the product(s) are returned within 7 days of delivery, and are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene stickers attached)
We reserve the right to refuse a product for exchange if the product has been worn, had tags removed, or is not in original condition.
